  • You can return products purchased from Tathastu Ayurveda within 15 days from the date of purchase. This 15-day return window applies to products that are in their original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Provide them with your order details, including your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

 

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Note - Shipping And Handling Charges Are Non-Refundable, Shipping and Handling Charges - 100rs (Including GST).
